The Swimlife program focuses on life survival skills for people of all ages. There are too many accidents that occur from around the world to within our own community relating to water.  Whether it be from an accidental pool incident or open water (Lake, pond and ocean), you can assist in the prevention of serious injury. The coaches ensure that fear/panic changes to excitement and worry free when around water. Click on the Swimlife image or Facebook link above for more information and how to sign your family members up for class.

NEW TO OKISWIMLIFE

The Swimlife program is venturing out by starting an initial pre-swim team(s). Coach Lisa has been teaching swim strokes for more than a decade.  Contact Lisa if you would like more information on how to get started today. The first team started 5 June 2017.  12 young kids started their journey to master swim strokes and organized swim disciplines.  Each participant is provided guidance and support throughout the program.  Another coach is on deck to assist if a swimmer is struggling.

training pool is controlled depth of 1.3 meters to 1.5 meters.  Swimmers learn to stay off the bottom of the pool while swimming.  Training period is around 1 hour.  This opportunity is in high demand, so contact likes when you are ready to take the plunge.  The longer you want, the longer it will be for your little ones to be on the team.
